What are the benefits of being coached?

There are many benefits to being coached from increased self-belief, confidence, accountability, clarity on your goals and so much more. The main focus is about YOU and I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to discuss anything you would like to speak about.

When can I expect to see results?

It all depends on each individual and everyone works at different paces and are at different places in their lives. As long as you take responsibility and ownership for your goals, I’m here for as long as you need me. My role is to help you get to where you want to as quickly as you can, so you gain the tools to live a more empowered, independent and fulfilled life.

Do you offer packages?

Yes, currently I have an 8 week course and we can discuss the days and times once we have had the first discovery call. I am more than happy to speak for bespoke options too.


8 week course consists of:
– X1 discovery call – 45 mins
– X4 Zoom calls every fortnight – 45 mins duration
– WhatsApp and email support during sessions
– Share tools and techniques from the Jay Shetty School of certification
– Accountability

How do I know if we are a right fit to work together?

I offer a FREE 45 mins discovery call and here we can discuss if we are a good fit for each other. We get to know each other more, you are welcome to ask me questions and anything you need help with. I will ask you questions to find out about your goals, priorities, anything you are stuck with currently so that if you decide to work with me I can guide you.

What if I can't make the call and would like to cancel?

It’s not a problem at all, I would advise for you to give me at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a session and either send me a message via WhatsApp or email. I completely understand priorities change and we can reschedule when it’s convenient for you.
